For which gardens and properties do you offer your services?
We look after private gardens, fincas, vacation properties and commercial outdoor areas - from small to extensive.
Do I have to be on site when you are working?
No. Many of our clients are not permanently on Mallorca. We clarify access, procedure and communication in advance.
Do you also work regularly during my absence?
Yes, regular maintenance and visual inspections are part of our core services.
How often do you come for garden maintenance?
Depending on requirements, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We recommend shorter intervals in the summer months.
What is included in ongoing garden maintenance?
Typical tasks include lawn and green space maintenance, pruning, weed removal, irrigation control and general maintenance work.
How is the price calculated - flat rate or by the hour?
Regular maintenance is usually carried out at a fixed price. We charge for individual work or special services on a time and material basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and goals.
How much does professional garden maintenance cost per month?
Depending on the size of the plot, maintenance condition and frequency, the costs usually range from €300 to a moderate four-figure sum per month.
Are there minimum terms for care contracts?
Yes, usually 6 months to ensure consistent quality. However, we are happy to adapt to your individual requirements and goals.
Is the disposal of green waste included in the price?
Normal quantities are included. An additional flat rate may apply for larger cutting jobs (XYZ).
Do you also prune large trees and tall hedges, even palm trees?
Yes, as a rule no plant is too big for us. The effort and price depend on height, accessibility and safety requirements.
How much does one-off garden maintenance or hedge trimming cost?
One-off assignments usually start from €300, depending on the scope and disposal. Please feel free to contact us.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
After you have contacted us and subsequently inspected the property or provided photo documentation, we usually do this within three working days.
